"I came in to purchase a face mask for the colder weather we are experiencing. I was immediately and uncomfortably greeted by a woman sales associate that smelled terrible of cigarette smoke. I asked where the face masks were and she told me "they somewhere over there". I then decided to look around the store, I just wanted to see what this store had available since I couldn't make it to Daytona or Colonial (where I frequently go and I am treated with excellent customer service) While walking around I must have been asked 6 or so times are you ready to check out and followed through the store Cycle Gears Associate made me feel like I was a criminal the way they followed me around continually asking what I needed what I'm looking for and if I'm done yet.
Needless to say, the next day I went to J&P cycles in Ormond beach and got everything I could possibly need for my new Harley CVO including helmets, riding gear, and a large list of accesories.
I will not return to this Location ever again, Rude, intrusive, and their employee needs to work on her Cleanliness, I do not enjoy being yelled at and, the smell of bad cigarette breath in my face while I'm trying to check out. "

"Went in for new rear tire on dirtbike and was greeted by a very nice lady who immediately assisted me and then the gentleman that put the tire on for me was very thorough yet quick. He then took just a moment to chat about riding with me and even showed me a trick for not shearing off my valvstems. Great experience and will gladly shop there again soon."
